Step by step recipe for a delicious and beautiful meal.
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken breasts
0.5 liters of broth
3 tablespoons butter
1 h. l. thyme
250 gr. cranberry
50 oz. Sahara
salt
pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix the softened butter, salt and thyme.
2. Chicken breasts divided into portions or layers. Wash and pat dry with a towel.
3. Coat with oil mixture and place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
5. Chicken Bake for 20 minutes.
6. In a saucepan or frying pan pour the broth, add the cranberries and add sugar. Blender can beat the mixture.
7. Simmer the sauce to evaporation of liquid. It should get a fairly thick mass of jelly-like consistency.
8. Salt and pepper sauce, dressing just before removing from heat.
9. Put a chicken breast in a la carte dishes.
Top pour cranberry sauce. The dish goes well with a side dish of potatoes, cereals or pasta.
