For winter tomatoes with onion and garlic "Yum"

Ingredients:

tomatoes
bulb onions
garlic
herbs (dill, parsley)
salt
sugar
vegetable oil
9% vinegar
spices (pepper, cloves, bay leaf)
water

IMPORTANT NOTE: Recipe for 4 jars of 1 liter.

2 kg of small tomato cut into 2 parts. We cut the greens, but not small.

4 shinkuem bulb rings or half rings. Clear the 8 cloves of garlic. Garlic can be left whole, but you can cut each clove into several parts.

We prepare the brine. Pour into pan 2 liters of water, add 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt. The amount of salt and sugar can be varied according to your taste. Bring to boil and turn off.

Now, sterilized jars decompose spices. In each jar (we have 4, I remind you) put 3 cloves, 8-10 peppercorns, 1 bay leaf. Laid with garlic, tomatoes, onions and herbs. It can be installed in any order, or alternate layers - as you wish.

Pour into each jar and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then pour the hot brine and sterilize 15 minutes after boiling. At the bottom of the pot, which will be sterilized jars with tomatoes, be sure to put a towel to banks are not cracked.
