A budget vegetable can become the basis of various unusual and original salads. Not only a fur coat, with garlic or raisins. Have you tried this before?

Beetroot salad with feta

Ingredients:

2 beets
100-150 gr. feta
1 hour l. French mustard
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
5 pieces. lettuce
salt

How to cook:

1. Boil or bake beets. Cool, peel and cut into thin semicircles or slices.

2. Mix mustard with butter, add a little salt. Season the beets with the mixture.

3. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands, place on a plate. Top with beetroot slices in sauce and feta cubes.

Beetroot salad with apple and herbs

Ingredients:

2 boiled beets
1 large apple
1 bunch of greens (mixture of parsley, dill, basil)
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tbsp. l. tomato sauce or tomato puree
salt
pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. Grate beets, cut apple into strips.

2. Greens, only leaves - finely chop.

3. Mix salad in a bowl, season with olive oil and tomato puree. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Vinaigrette with beets "Unusual"

Ingredients:

3 boiled or baked beets
1 apple
1 PC. red onion
1 can of canned beans in its own juice
2 pickled cucumbers
unrefined sunflower oil
salt

How to cook:

1. Cut the beets, pickled cucumbers, apple and onions into strips.

2. Mix prepared ingredients with beans. Season with salt and vegetable oil.

Grenada salad

Ingredients:

3 baked beets
1 orange
3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
leaf lettuce
100 g curd cheese
pistachios or cashews (several)
salt
ground black pepper
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Bake small beets, peel and cut into thin slices while still warm.

2. Peel the orange and remove white films, cut into slices, remove seeds.

3. Tear the salad with your hands, crush the nuts.

4. To collect the salad - tear the leaves with your hands, on top with layers of beets and orange. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Garnish with curd cheese and pomegranate seeds. Season with vegetable oil.
