For my taste, it turns out even better than the classic version.
Pasties come out very juicy, with a crispy crust, crispy and tender at the same time, test a little, but the stuffing - a lot.
This is a quick and tasty recipe: a thin pita copes with a test role, becoming rosy and crispy frying.
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced meat
onion
salt
pepper
egg
thin lavash
Preparation:
1. Onions, peel and cut into small cubes.
2. In the beef add chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Half Lavash smear beef in half a centimeter thick.
3. Hide pita half.
4. Fry cheburek a need for 2-3 minutes on each side.
The best part of this process - the pasties are always obtained with a thin crispy batter.
Filling enough and it is very juicy.
Optionally, you can do a variety of toppings: mushrooms, cheese, greens, cabbage or potatoes.
