Preparation:

The recipe proportions are for 1 herring. The fish are thawed, my, clean and cut into fillets, removing the skin and bones. Cut pieces of approximately 2 cm.

To prepare the fish for this recipe we will need 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, ground black pepper to taste, 5 bay leaves.

Now take a clean dry jar, put on the bottom slightly onion and carrot, bay leaf, pepper. Sprinkle with a little salt and sugar. Put the top half of the herring.

Then again, vegetables and spices, the second half of herring. Finishing layer - carrots and onions. Pour into a jar 2 tablespoons 9% vinegar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 50 ml of water.

Close the jar lid, turn over a few times to the spices and marinade evenly distributed. Harvesting in the refrigerator. After 2 days in Norwegian herring is ready. Bon appetit to you, dear friends!
