Preparation:

All the matter in the right mix of products. First we decoction of vegetables and eggs. We take 3 potatoes and 2 carrots. You will also need 4 eggs.

While they were preparing, we go to the mushrooms and onions. We need to take one onion, chopped finely. 150 grams pickled mushrooms cut into strips. Send to the pan. Fry in vegetable oil. When the moisture evaporates with mushrooms and fried onions, you can turn off the fire.

Now we proceed to the laid out layer. Each of them, except the mushrooms and onions, you need to fluff mayonnaise. First grate the potatoes. Put on top of mushrooms and onions. Following rub with boiled eggs. Next layer - chopped into cubes smoked sausage or ham. It will suffice 150 grams.

Then there is a carrot. Finishing layer - grated cheese, it take 150 grams. For decorations we put a sprig of parsley. Dressings need to rest in the fridge to layers soaked. Real jam!
