Pork with potatoes and cheese in a pot

Tasty, satisfying, beautifully and simply.

Ingredients:

400 gr. pork
2 onions
300 gr. mushroom
1 kg potato
100 gr. cheese
50 oz. butter
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Pork wash, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces.

2. Fry pork in oil for 10 minutes on medium heat. Podsolit and season with pepper.

3. Onions, peel and chop into cubes.

4. Mushrooms cut into slices or strips. Extinguish mushrooms and onions in butter. At least 10 minutes, the onions should be transparent.

5. Hard cheese grate.

6. Potatoes Wash, peel, cut into pieces and boil in salted water.

Boil is not necessary, you can lightly fry the potatoes in a pot or mortgage immediately raw tubers.

7. The pots lay out potatoes, meat, 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, mushrooms, onion and cheese on top. Pour 5-8 Art. l. water.

Product lasts for 4 pot.

8. Cover the lid and put the pots in a cold oven. The oven and heated to 180 degrees.

Cook the meat in a pot with potatoes ready for at least 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

If the potatoes are lightly fried or raw, then bake the meat in a pot need to 1:00.

Then remove the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
