Cutlets from canned fish and potatoes. Simple and delicious

I want to share a recipe of delicious fish cutlets that yesterday I was preparing for dinner. Very simple recipe, the ingredients available in the general recipe recommend it to everybody!

Preparation:

First, boil until cooked 2-3 potatoes, 1 carrot. As the vegetables are ready, cool and rub on a grater. Vegetables can be cooked in advance, then to cook cutlets take no more than 15 minutes.

Now we need a jar of canned fish in any oil. The liquid was discarded.

Remove large bones, fish mash with a fork. Mix with potatoes and carrots, to drive two chicken eggs, salt, pepper to taste. Do not overdo it with the salt, because the fish is already salty.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of semolina or flour and all is well stirred to homogeneity.

We form from the resulting minced meat patties. They can roll in breadcrumbs and fry can be just like that. Cutlets prepared very quickly, they taste best served hot with sour cream or sauce some. Bon appetit, my dear!
