This sunny pumpkin jam with orange and lemon goes well with pancakes and pancakes. Even just spreading on a piece of bread or toast and serving with tea will be delicious. Such vitamin pumpkin jam will help support immunity in the fall season of colds.
It is prepared very simply and quickly. Stored in the refrigerator in clean, hermetically sealed jars for about two months.
This is also a jam, if you wish, you can boil for about 10 minutes and pour it into sterile jars. Then it will be stored all winter.

Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 1 kg

Step by step recipe
1. Peel 1 kg of pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

2. Peel one orange and divide it into slices. We also pass the orange through a meat grinder.

4. Add 850 g of sugar to the resulting mass and mix everything well.
5. Pour the finished jam into clean dry jars and put in the refrigerator. In the refrigerator, such pumpkin jam is stored for up to 60 days.
