We already appeared chanterelles! I love these mushrooms, and so I will publish recipes with them. Today will tell you how I'm doing chanterelles in Korean. This snack turns moderately spicy, piquant. I submit it with boiled potatoes - comes with a bang!
Ingredients:
chanterelles
garlic
bulb onions
vegetable oil
salt
sugar
spicy pepper
soy sauce
9% vinegar
Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil, heat it and add chopped hot pepper to taste. You can add instead of dry red pepper - a pinch.
Next, put the chanterelle - 450-500 gr. If mushrooms are small, then add whole large can be cut into pieces. Also add one onion.
Fry the chanterelles with onions over moderate heat for 15-25 minutes. The cooking times depend on the size of the mushrooms, fry them up until not go away moisture.
While preparing the mushrooms, let us sauce. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 comminuted garlic cloves. You can also add a little salt to taste, but keep in mind that soy sauce is already salty, so it is possible salt you will not need.
Mushrooms pour the dressing. Simmer another 10 minutes. One can immediately have hot and cool and can be put into the refrigerator at 1-2 hours - is tastier. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Be sure to try it! Bon appetit, my dear!
