Ingredients for the salad:
4 kg of eggplant cut into strips, season with salt generously and leave for 30 minutes - during which time they will be released from the bitterness. Then squeeze the eggplant.
Through a meat grinder or blender 10 shred large ripe tomato, garlic heads 5 and 5 pods hot pepper (seeds previously removed).
Putting vegetables, add 1 cup of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar (or taste). Simmer all together for 1 hour.
