Everyone knows that black tea is not very healthy, and why... Because mushrooms often (in 90% of cases) settle on black tea. But, for example, mushrooms never grow on the same "wooden tea" (Pu-erh is all right) and on thyme, that's why it is so valuable (and its aroma, mmm)!
We periodically drink such a thyme gull (by the way, thyme is included in the lung collection, and support for the lung system is more relevant than ever).
Ingredients:
1. Thyme - 1 teaspoon of dry raw materials
2. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take the thyme (usually dried), grind it on a coffee grinder, pour it into a teapot, pour it with boiling water, leave for 30 minutes and the tea is ready (this is the standard). And we also insist on hot water overnight, grind it in a blender, filter it and drink it.
To get more nutrients out of it, grind on a coffee grinder, sift through a strainer and get thyme powder, which we add to smoothies and raw-food desserts, as well as add to other herbal teas) and make aromatic oils, aroma bags in wardrobe, etc.
