Ingredients

beet
bow
tomatoes
carrot
garlic
salt
vegetable oil
sugar
9% vinegar

STEP 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. 1 kg of beets and carrots 500g grate. Onion (300g) and tomato (500 g) finely cut. Two heads of garlic with a knife or shred using a press.

STEP 2

In a frying pan in a little oil fry the onion until golden.

STEP 3

Adding to the onions carrots and tomatoes, pour 250 ml of vegetable oil and fry 10 minutes.

STEP 4

Now put the beets, add salt to taste, pepper and sugar. Pour 100 ml of vinegar and preparing a lid 30-35 minutes. For a couple of minutes until cooked add the garlic.

STEP 5

Eggs can be left in this form "pieces", and you can give it a more uniform consistency using a blender.

STEP 6
