Unreal yummy! No worse than the expensive restaurant, I guarantee you! Usually this dish is prepared with salmon, but I did not have it and I made a pink salmon. No worse than salmon fish it turned out, though it's worth much cheaper.

Ingredients:

pink salmon
bow
garlic
cheese
cream (I have 20% fat)
paste
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

STEP 1

STEP 2

In a pan on a small amount of vegetable oil until golden fry one finely chopped onion. After a couple of minutes to add to it 3 crushed garlic cloves.

STEP 3

Next, put 300g salmon fillets. I did not bother and left the fish with the skin, so I liked it even better. But you, if you want, you can remove the skin. Fry all together for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 4

Pour 200 ml of cream, adding 50 g of grated cheese. Sauce just begins to thicken, so topped up with a little water. Salt, pepper to taste. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Pan lid is not close!

STEP 5

The paste is ready, we shift it into the pan, add a little grated cheese (a few tablespoons), stir and spread on plates. Sprinkle a bit of pepper, herbs and enjoy the amazing taste! Bon appetit, my dear!
