Make a yeast dough for tortillas. In a bowl, mix 150 ml of warm water, 1 teaspoonful of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar without slides. Stir, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Next add 250 grams of flour, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place, covered with a towel, for 1 hour or so.
The dough came, knead it again and divide into 2-3 pieces (get 2-3 tortillas). Roll out not thicker than 1 cm. Put the cake on a baking sheet, top grease with vegetable oil, then egg and leave for another half an hour.
Then bake the cake in an oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
While cakes are baked, not to waste time and do some garlic. 2 cloves grind using media, mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add salt to taste. Optionally, you can add chopped greens.
