This salad I first tried in an Italian restaurant, and I really liked it. Then I found a recipe and is now ready to share it with you. Try a must! It is incredibly delicious!

No matter how many different versions of this dish, the bread always remains indispensable, and its choice - it is the first and one of the most important stages of preparation. The ideal would be white bread, home-made, but you can take and other varieties. You can also add in a different form: a small, dry slices, crackers, bread crumbs, and others. There are recipes where it is soaked in natural tomato juice, but I soak the bread in water. Take 70g of stale bread, cut away peel and cut into large cubes. Then we shift into a bowl and fill it with clean drinking water, better if it is bottled. Then it follows that the bread does not become a mess, a good squeeze and put in a salad bowl. To further prepare the tomato, half a small cucumber and ¼ red onion cut into small cubes, mix in a salad bowl along with bread and dressed with 0.5 teaspoon red wine vinegar, a little more olive oil 1 tablespoon, not more; adding salt and pepper to the discretion. To decorate, you can break large basil leaves and chop some parsley, all mixed thoroughly. Rather try! Bon Appetit!
