Ingredients: whey, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, vanillin (optional), Butter for greasing pancakes
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients.
Sift flour. Heat the whey until warm. Gradually add the flour to the whey, mixing well with a whisk.
Add salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and vegetable oil. Mix well again. Let stand covered for at least an hour.
Heat up the pan. Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan with a minimum addition of oil under the lid on both sides until golden brown for 1-2 minutes.
So bake all the pancakes. Stack up. Grease each pancake with hot butter. Serve whey pancakes warm with your favorite toppings (sour cream, jam, jam, condensed milk, honey).
