I love those buns! Soft, airy, very tasty, always happy to bake. Husband and daughter devours them both cheeks :)) Recipe cheese rolls are very good, perhaps the best of all that I have tried.
Ingredients:
cottage cheese
flour
milk
butter
yeast
sugar
salt
eggs
raisins (optional)
powdered sugar for sprinkling
The first step is kneading dough. 1/3 cups of milk a little heated and diluted dry yeast (1 teaspoon). Also add 2 tablespoons of sugar and leave for 15 minutes.
Further, beat 2 eggs with 0.5 cups of sugar and 60 grams of softened butter. By the way, at the end of the article I leave a link to a post on how to quickly soften the butter from the freezer, if you forgot to get it in advance.
Now add half a teaspoon of salt and 200 g of curd. curd need necessarily pass through a sieve, then the dough to obtain a homogeneous and would climb well.
Now add the yeast to the milk and stir. At this stage you can put the raisins, candied fruit to taste. But you can do without them - rolls will still be delicious.
Well, it is the last ingredient - flour. It need about 2 cups. Knead the dough, it is soft and tender consistency. Cover with a cloth left for 1 hour in a warm place.
Risen dough, forming therefrom beads (rolls) and spread on a baking sheet. Leave for 15 minutes. Then oil the top of egg yolk and send in the oven.
Bake rolls at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the rolls). Finished rolls can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
