I love zucchini very much and I can eat them at least every day. Already in the garden, their own zucchini appear, and I will definitely harvest this wonderful vegetable for the winter.

These are the zucchini that grow in my garden:

I will cook the "boat" zucchini in the oven with meat and rice.

First, prepare the meat. Finely chop. Today I have a turkey fillet, very tasty with chicken.

Finely chop the onion (I took the red one this time) and dill. I add to the meat.

I add already boiled rice, salt, pepper, add seasoning for chicken and cream (cream can be replaced with sour cream) and mix. The filling for the zucchini is ready.

The zucchini must be cut into 2 parts and the pulp removed with a spoon. By the way, I still have frozen zucchini from last year (the last).

This is how I keep them during the winter. I put one in one, in a bag and enjoy zucchini in winter!

I add the filling to the zucchini and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (if it's frozen), for fresh ones, and 30 minutes is enough.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle with cheese, but this is optional.
