✅👌What is minced meat? This is a semi-finished product made from any type of meat and is quite convenient to use. It can be stored in the freezer for a very long time, and you can cook countless different dishes from it. At the same time, all dishes using minced meat are prepared much faster than with meat.

Today I want to offer you a dish that I am preparing, you can say in a hurry. It is enough to have minced meat and absolutely any vegetables available. When cooking, I do not use vegetable oil and do not fry anything.

✨ Simple, affordable, tasty and healthy! And the main thing is that kids really like this colorful dish! Be sure to try it - I'm sure you will like it! 🥰

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙

For cutlets:
Minced chicken - 700 g
Canned green peas - 3-4 tbsp l.
Canned corn - 3-4 tbsp l.
Onions - 1 pc.
Bell pepper (preferably red) - 1 pc.
Chicken egg (selected) - 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.
Ground pepper, salt.
For the sauce:
Low-fat cream (10%) - 300 ml
Wheat flour - about 2 tablespoons l.
Dill greens - small bunch
Turmeric, hops-suneli - 1 tsp each l.
Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp l. (taste)
Salt, pepper to taste

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

The first step is to prepare the vegetables. Wash onions and bell peppers, peel and cut into small cubes.

Now we take a deep bowl, put in the already prepared minced chicken, add the chopped vegetables.

Then add 3-4 tablespoons of canned green peas and canned corn.

Break the egg, add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Now gently mix all the minced meat. Knead strongly with your hands, and even more so you don't need to beat off the mass, so you can crush peas and corn.

Next, we moisten our hands in cool water and form portioned balls from the minced meat, weighing about 80-100 grams each. Grease any suitable baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and put our blanks into it. And put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

During this time, we will prepare the sauce / filling. It is done very simply! First, pour a couple of tablespoons of flour into any deep container of the appropriate volume. Fill with cream (you can immediately from the refrigerator) and mix thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.

Then add spices - turmeric, finely chopped dill, garlic, suneli hops. You can also take fresh garlic. In this case, you will need 2-3 medium cloves, which will need to be passed through a press. If you wish, you can take other spices that you like. Also salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well again, and the sauce is ready!

After about 20 minutes, we take out the meat balls from the oven, it will already be seen that they have grabbed from above, but inside, of course, they will still remain damp for now.

Fill them with the prepared sauce and put them back in the oven. Cooking temperature reduce to 180 °. We bake for about 20 minutes more.

Cutlets or meatballs turn out ruddy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. Serve them with a creamy sauce on top, and for a side dish, you just ask for mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
