Who doesn't love pizza? Such, I think, will be a minority! And, in principle, pizza is quite easy to prepare - but, in the classic version, you always need to prepare the dough. And, there is not always time (and desire) for this process ...
Today I want to tell you how I make quick mini pizzas without dough... And as a basis I use an ordinary loaf. Cooking such a snack will take you 15 minutes, no more.
And in principle, these are of course just hot sandwiches! But, with the filling used, it tastes very much like pizza.
For cooking you will need:
Baton - 1 pc.
Any sausages - 100-150 g
Tomato - 1-2 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp l.
Usually, for making such sandwiches I do not buy any products on purpose, the filling can be made from everything in the refrigerator - boiled meat, vegetables, pickles, sausage... Sometimes I even make these mini-pizzas from leftover fried fish. But, often we still have some sausage slicing, and it is them that I use to make the filling.
I cut the sausage into small cubes (and you can use both boiled and smoked sausage at the same time). I cut a tomato in the same way - put it in one bowl. I rub the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze a few cloves of garlic through a garlic press, add mayonnaise ...
... Pepper a little to taste and mix! And that's it... The filling is ready!
Now, cut the loaf into thin slices (no thicker than 1 cm), and put the prepared filling on each slice with a slide. We put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send it to bake in a preheated oven ...
And they are baked for 8-10 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Enough for the cheese to melt and lightly brown. Cook, taste, bon appetit!
