A very simple and delicious cake without Andruta baking. This is a cake, well-known from childhood, made of waffle cakes, smeared with butter cream with condensed milk, but with the addition of a raspberry layer. Raspberry layers dilute the sugary sweetness of the cake with a pleasant sourness and refreshing taste. And this cake is prepared so simply that even a child will get it.
Andruta's waffle cake turns out to be very tasty, despite its simplicity. Cooking does not take much time and what is especially important in the heat it is done without baking.
This cake is great for a family tea party and a close circle of friends. It also works well as a quick dessert.

Ingredients:
- wafer cakes for cake - 7 pcs.
- boiled condensed milk - 380 g (1 can)
- butter - 180 g
- raspberries - 400 g mint
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the cake cream.
Put 180 g of soft butter in a bowl. Beat the butter with a mixer for 1-2 minutes until the butter whitens.
2. Add 1 can of boiled condensed milk to the whipped butter. Beat everything again until smooth.
3. We fold the cake.
Put the waffle cake and grease it with cream. It is most convenient to apply the cream with a silicone spatula. You do not need to apply the cream in a thick layer, it is enough just to cover all the grooves in the waffle cake with the cream. Remove the rest of the cream in a bowl. Put the second cake in the same way and grease it with cream.
4. Put raspberries on the cream of the second cake. Cover with the next waffle cake and press down on the raspberries.
5. Apply the cream. In the same way, put 2 more wafer cakes and grease them with cream. Put raspberries again on the cream of the fifth cake. In total, 400 g of raspberries were needed for the cake, along with the decoration.
6. Top the cake with two more waffle cakes. The topmost cake does not need to be lubricated yet. For the cake, I used 7 wafer cakes with a diameter of 22 cm.
2-3 tbsp leave the cream to decorate the cake.
7. Cover the cake with a board and put a small load. We put everything in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour.
8. The cake froze and soaked. Lubricate it on top with the remaining cream. Put raspberries in a circle of the cake. We also decorate the cake with mint leaves.
The cake is ready, you can serve it on the table.
The waffle cake with raspberries turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. Sweet cream is perfectly diluted with sweet and sour raspberries. Be sure to cook it, it's very simple and quick.
