Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
✅ Looking for a brand new recipe from regular cabbage? You found it! I suggest to all lovers of cabbage to cook this wonderful dish. I usually cook such cabbage for dinner, well, it turns out very tasty and quickly.
👌 I discovered this cabbage recipe quite recently. Cabbage is obtained with a creamy taste, very delicate, aromatic, and even healthy. As for me, such cabbage is tastier than fried, and also healthier. And cooking is easy.
This "creamy" cabbage was loved by my whole family! It tastes good both hot and cold. Nobody has refused such cabbage yet.
Let's cook already!

I cut the head of cabbage in half. I will use 1/2 of a head of cabbage.
For this recipe, I cut the cabbage very simply and quickly.
I cut a half of a head of cabbage lengthwise and then across. It turns out pretty large, but that's how I like it about this recipe.
* You can, of course, chop the cabbage.
I put the cabbage in a saucepan, pour boiling water over it, salt it. I put the pan on the stove and cook from the moment it boils for 5 minutes.
Drain the water and transfer the cabbage to a baking dish.
Pour some milk into a deep plate, add starch and mix until smooth. Then I pour in the remaining milk.
* I used cornstarch, but potato starch is fine.
I add an egg, salt, a mixture of peppers, dried ginger, Caucasian herbs (you can add your favorite spices). I stir it.
I pour this mixture into cabbage.

Cover with foil and cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes from the moment it boils. Then you can open the foil and brown the cabbage a little. Bon Appetit!
