With mashed potatoes and vegetable salad, it's great too! The dish is incredibly simple and probably so delicious. Try it yourself!
Ingredients:
700-1000 gr. chicken drumsticks
250-300 gr. sour cream
1 head of garlic (large)
1 hour l. salt without top
0.5 tsp l. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. l. spice mixtures (paprika, curry, herbs, etc.)
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Wash your shins under running water. You can leave it in a bowl of very cold water for 10 minutes, but not necessary. Then dry the shins thoroughly with paper napkins. Dry!
2. Peel the garlic, disassemble into cloves and grate each forelock in mashed potatoes on a fine grater. The more garlic, the richer the taste of the chicken. Don't feel sorry!
Add garlic to the chicken.
3. Season the drumsticks with salt, ground pepper and the seasoning mixture. You should not use ready-made seasoning mixtures for chicken, as there are few spices and a lot of salt and glutamate with other bad additives.
It is better to add a pinch of ground peppers, curry, khmelli-suneli, paprika, dry herbs of basil or dill.
4. Put sour cream on the chicken, preferably fatter. Or mayonnaise. At worst - a glass of kefir.
Stir so that everything is distributed over the shins.
5. Leave the chicken in the garlic sauce to marinate in the refrigerator for a while. At least 30 minutes.
If for a holiday, then it is better to make such a preparation for the night - it will be more aromatic and tastier.
6. Sprinkle a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the shins in it so that they are less in contact with each other as much as possible.
7. Put the dish with the legs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. While they are baking, they need to be watered with the flowing juice and butter 2-3 times.
And prepare a side dish: boil potatoes, loose rice or buckwheat. Don't forget about the salad!
