I love pasta... They're filling, cheap, and easy to prepare. Well, even if I am engaged in fat production while sitting at home, this is very useful for immunity.

And I advise you! Let's remember together our homemade pasta cooking methods.

I don’t know about you, but at home in childhood, pasta was considered a separate dish. It is now pasta that has become a side dish and is served with cutlets, fish, sausages or pork sausages, with sauces and gravies.

What to do for dinner? Cook pasta! - I still remember.

What did we eat them with? Have you forgotten?

With tomato paste, sugar, cottage cheese, stewed meat, eggs, twisted liver, soup meat, etc. The combinations sometimes came out strange, but they really were.

I offer you a selection of recipes with photos, if your imagination has run out, as our mothers and grandmothers saved, in order to feed everyone satisfyingly.

Pasta with sugar

I still can't understand how we ate such a dish. But they ate!

How to cook:
1. Boil the most common gray horns (others are possible, only "horns" are mandatory) in salted water, drain, rinse.


2. Melt margarine or butter in a frying pan, add pasta, stir and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Mix quickly and without melting the sugar, remove from the stove. Eat straight out of the pan.

Pasta with cottage cheese

In the nineties, my parents managed to get a sack of pasta somewhere. For those who don't know: a sack is a large paper bag. Visited 12 kg, 25 and 30. Here we had one that was 25 kg. And there are macaroons in it... bows. We christened them butterflies.
They were not suitable for usually frying with onions, but with cottage cheese they went with a bang.

How to cook:
1. Boil pasta, drain, rinse.
2. Add a little butter or margarine, 2-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese, vanillin can be used. Everything! True, the grandmother also managed to shove it into the oven. It turned out even tastier.

Fried vermicelli with egg

How to cook:
1. Fry the vermicelli in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, not for long, but it should brown a little. The taste of such vermicelli is different and it... quite another.
2. Pour hot water into a frying pan flush with the vermicelli and season with salt. You can stir with a spatula or hold it under the lid until the liquid is completely absorbed. If you poured a little water, I recommend making a strong fire and evaporating the excess.
3. How everything has evaporated - break 2-3 eggs into a frying pan. Stir add salt. Or serve without eggs as a side dish.
Done!

Pasta with meat

How to cook:
1. Cook pasta in any way - in water or in a frying pan. Drain, rinse.
2. What meat for pasta is: from broth for soup, minced meat or stew.
3. In another pan, fry the onions and prepared meat ingredients in oil. If the meat is from soup, then it needs to be chopped finely or scrolled through a meat grinder. Stew the meat with onions, salt, season with salt and pepper, chop the bay leaf and add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, but the last item is not for everybody.
4. Combine pasta and meat. Add a little water or broth, heat over the fire for a couple of minutes and serve.
