5 kg of ripe red tomatoes (tomato)

Preparation:


1. Tomatoes select the most ripe but not rotten or wrinkled. Thoroughly wash your hands every tomatoes.

2. Make cuts on the tomatoes.

3. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and carefully remove the peel.

4. Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces.

5. Skip the fruit through a meat grinder or a juicer. You can use a blender to mix pyurirovat.

6. Pomace carefully squeeze (there is also still a lot of juice).

7. Pour into pan tomato puree and bring to a boil over low heat.

8. Hot tomato juice through a sieve and strain through several layers of cheesecloth into a clean, dry pan.

9. Put the bowl with the juice over medium heat and boil again for 15 minutes or more. Pink foam should completely disappear.

10. At the end of cooking, add salt, stir and boil.

11. Cans or bottles to wash and sterilize with soda. Covers boil.

12. Pour the juice into hot sterilized jars and immediately put on sterilization.

It is necessary to destroy harmful germs and bacteria, and better storage of the finished product.

Banks 0.5 liter sterilized 7 minutes, 1 liter - 10 minutes, 3-liter - 15 minutes.

Roll banks hot boiled lids.

13. Cool juice at room temperature.

Store the juice in a cool dark place.
