The recipe contains one teaspoonful of citric acid on the three-liter jar.
In a 1 liter jar need 1/3 tsp.
Optionally, you can slightly increase or decrease the number of - taste a little change, but the quality of the product remains high.
tomatoes with leaves of horseradish and currant, bell pepper and garlic
Ingredients in 3 l jar:
2 kg of tomatoes
1 PC. sweet pepper red or yellow
1 large sheet horseradish
5 pieces. currant leaves
2-3 bay leaves
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 h. l. dill seeds or cumin
1 tbsp. l. with the top sugar
1 tbsp. l. salt uppers
1 h. l. citric acid
1 L of cold water
Preparation:
1. Banks are cleaned and sterilized.
2. Tomatoes go bust, leaving most dense fruit. Rinse and pierce with a toothpick at the stem.
3. Bulgarian pepper washed, cut, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into several strips.
4. Leaves to rinse, shake off the water and a bit dry.
5. At the bottom of each can lay horseradish currant leaves, add fennel seeds, cloves of garlic and bay leaf.
6. Top lay ripe tomatoes mixed with chopped peppers to the neck.
7. To boil water.
8. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and leave for insisting on the table for 20 minutes under the covers.
9. Drain the chilled water from the jars in an enamel pot, boil it again, but with the addition of salt and sugar.
10. In each jar pour the citric acid and immediately pour the boiling marinade.
11. Tighten the jar.
12. Banks turn upside down, hide rug and leave at least 1 day.
After they have cooled completely, remove for storage.
Sour-sweet tomatoes with hot peppers and cucumbers
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of tomatoes
5-6 cucumbers
1 bell pepper
1 hot pepper
1 umbrella dill
4 cloves of garlic
2-3 bay leaves
1 h. l. mustard seeds
5 pieces. black peppercorns
5 pieces. fragrant pepper
Article 1.5. l. salt
4 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 h. l. citric acid
1 liter of clean cool water
Preparation:
1. This way you can roll only tomatoes or cucumbers. But it turns out assorted fun.
Vegetables sort, wash and pierce in the peduncle. Pepper cut in half, remove seeds.
2. Banks are cleaned and sterilized.
3. At the bottom of the cans to put an umbrella dill, garlic, spices.
4. Fill the jars first cucumbers, then peppers and tomatoes.
5. Boil water and pour the contents of the banks, covered with a lid - leave for 15-20 minutes.
6. Then boil the new portion of water. Drain the chilled liquid from the cans and pour fresh boiling water. Leave on for 10 minutes.
7. The resulting second liquid to merge in an enamel pot, add to it salt and sugar, mix well and boil.
8. In each jar pour the citric acid, and pour boiling marinade on top. Immediately screw the lids.
Flip, wrap and chill.
