But as sesame oil transforms the taste of the dish! Suffice it to a few drops, and the difference in taste is palpable. Therefore, in order to save money, we will do it ourselves.

So, we need the sesame seeds and the usual vegetable oil. Sesame is very cheap, sold in any supermarket.

One tablespoon of sesame pour on a dry frying pan and fry until browning. Sesame need to stir constantly, otherwise it can easily burn.

Then grind the sesame seeds in a mortar and send back into the pan with vegetable oil. About half a cup of butter or a little more. It should completely cover the sesame seeds. Calcined 5 minutes, poured into a jar and allowed to cool.

Once cooled, you can use. Keep sesame oil, cooked in this way, it is necessary in a cool place. Of course, the taste and aroma of the oil gives this sesame, but nevertheless turns out well, too.

Take sesame seeds (1 tablespoon) and lightly fried, then grind in a mortar - in the same way as in the previous method.

Only now we add up the abraded sesame seeds in a piece of gauze and placed in chesnokodavilku. Squeezed a few drops of oil - salad or some snacks will be enough.
