We ate it in one sitting just so, so that I would go even beyond it to the market. But I will take a little more - of the frozen, and some wipe with sugar for the winter. By the way, this recipe and want to share with you.

The whole secret is that sugar should be more than strawberries, then cooking is not necessary, while strawberries retain its "fresh" flavor.

proportions I have are: 1 kg of strawberries I take 1 kg 250 g of sugar. These are the ideal proportions, as for me. Not too sugary, and the fruit does not deteriorate.

In general, washed berries fill with sugar. BUT! Sugar does not take all, and while only 1 kg. Harvesting in the refrigerator for several hours.

Immediately decompose pureed strawberries in the banks, but not to the brim. Banks, of course, pre-sterilize. But now we use the remaining sugar - pour it directly on top of a bank, do not mix, and roll up.
