What is needed:

piece of fat - 1 kg
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
mayonnaise - 150-200 gr
Salt - to taste (about 1.5 tablespoons no slides)
paprika, pepper to taste
herbs to taste

I recommend to take the fat-streaked meat - it will taste best. You can bake it in one piece, and can be cut into several pieces. The fat makes small incisions, salt to taste.

Prepare the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, chopped garlic, herbs and spices (I usually just pepper and sweet pepper). Daubed sauce remove fat and in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 h. A couple of times I left for the night - it has also delicious.

Now we take the foil and wrap the bacon. If you have several pieces, wrap each separately.

Bake fat in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. If small pieces, a little less. Then we leave to cool off a bit of foil, and then remove it.

This fat can be used for sandwiches, sausages after no shopping no longer want)) I also sometimes take it for cooking bacon pea soup. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
