I have tried many different recipes for beef liver, but the one on which I want to tell the most successful. The liver turns out very tender, juicy, incredibly delicious! Be sure to take note.
Ingredients:
Beef liver - 500 to 600 grams
Onions - 1 pc
Eggs - 1 pc
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt - 1 tsp no slides
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soda - half a teaspoon
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
corn flour
So, cut the liver into small pieces.
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pepper and baking soda. Salt is not adding yet. Add this mixture to the liver, put chopped garlic, stir well and remove all in refrigerator 2 hours. If you have time, you can leave longer, even overnight.
Now put on a frying pan with vegetable oil one bulb. I prefer to cut it into half rings. Now, each piece of liver rolled in corn meal and spread on a frying pan with onions.
If not at hand it is cornmeal, then take a normal, albeit with corn, it seems to me, it turns out delicious.
Fried liver with three minutes on both sides. At the end add salt, turn off the stove or leave the smallest fire and keep still for about 5 minutes, no more. By the way, if you salt the liver before, it will be tough.
