Crispy mushrooms in batter and breadcrumbs

Wonderfully tasty appetizer of mushrooms. Cooked very simply and quickly, and the result is stunning. Often I cook for the holiday table - guests are always delighted, so grab a prescription note.

Ingredients:

mushrooms - 500g
flour - 100 gr
breadcrumbs - 100g
Milk - 50 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs
honey - 1 tsp
mustard - 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
pepper
vegetable oil

I advise to take small mushrooms of the same size. Mushrooms are preparing a whole, they should not be cut. My mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes after boiling in salted water. Recline in a colander.

Now prepare the marinade. Mix in a bowl of liquid honey, lemon juice, mustard and pepper to taste. Fill the mushrooms, mix well and leave for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk and salt.

Now take mushroom (you can with your hands or a fork) rolled in flour, then in egg mixture and milk, then in breadcrumbs.

And once again dunks in egg-milk mixture and then in bread crumbs. Fry mushrooms in frying in oil until golden brown. Bon appetit, my dear!
