Russian yeast cakes (dumplings) with sour cream

Ingredients:

yeast - 7 grams (dry)
milk - 150 ml
sour cream - 100g
vegetable oil - 2 stol.lozhki
sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 teaspoon (partial)
flour - approximately 380 grams

In the warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Once the foam begins to form (a sign that the yeast began to work) - adding sour cream, salt, oil and flour. Flour will need approximately 350-400gramm. Knead the dough. It must be a little stick to the hands, the consistency of a soft, elastic.

Leave the dough in a warm place for about a half hour. One has to climb well.

Now, spread the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, press down and divide into 10-12 parts - that is how much we will have cakes (donuts).

Slightly unroll their thickness of about 5-7 mm. One can immediately frying pan on both sides in vegetable oil. And you can let it stand for 15-20 minutes and then fry.
