Incredibly delicious, sweet cake with curd. It is simply a delight! The name is no accident - after cooling on the cake formed droplets - as if tears.

Ingredients for the dough:

Flour - 1 cup
Eggs - 1 pc
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 80 grams
Baking powder - 1 tsp

Ingredients for the filling:

Cottage cheese - 500gr
Sugar - half cup
Egg yolks - 3 pcs
Sour cream - 100 gr
Munk - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla or vanilla sugar to taste

Ingredients for the souffle:

Egg whites - 3 pcs
Powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons

We prepare the dough first. Whisk the egg with the sugar, add the flour and baking powder and butter. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put them in the fridge for half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing until smooth cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks, sour cream, semolina and vanilla. If you wish, add some raisins.

So half an hour gone. Form lubricating oil and spread the dough, making it a including bumpers. We spread the curd and put in the oven for about 25 minutes. The temperature of 180 degrees.
