Last year I prepared a salad and a couple of snacks for my husband's next corporate party, and his colleagues liked one snack so much that now they ask my husband to bring it to every event. Well, it's not difficult for me to cook, especially since it takes 10-15 minutes to cook it.

The basis of the snack is boiled chicken.

It needs to be cut with a knife finely for how long you have patience (or use a blender), but it's important do not turn meat into a homogeneous mass. Next, I add finely grated cheese to the meat, all proportions will be indicated at the end of the article.

You also need to boil two eggs in advance, they will also need to be grated on a fine grater and added to the total mass.

Then you can add mayonnaise, but since we have decided to stop using it for now, I use sour cream, I have homemade one. I put one heaped tablespoon. Be sure to add salt and pepper. Another important ingredient is garlic. If I'm making this snack to eat at home, I might have added a fresh one. But for the event, I use dry, just to add a light zest to the snack. Mix the mass well and arm ourselves with gloves.

From the resulting mass, I form balls a little larger than a quail egg and roll each one into walnuts, chopped with a blender. And once again I roll the ball between my palms so that the nuts stick well to the balls. I send the finished snack to the refrigerator to stabilize it for at least a couple of hours.

Ingredients:

230 grams of boiled chicken meat
80 grams of cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (sour cream)
a handful of walnuts
Dry garlic or fresh cloves
salt, pepper to taste
