So simple and so delicious! I often cook this cake, because it is simple, I always have all the ingredients at hand. And the most important thing is that it is delicious! I wish I knew this recipe before. I hope you like this cupcake too :)))

Ingredients:

sour cream
honey
flour
sugar
butter
eggs
jam
soda
salt

Beat 2 eggs with 150 g of sugar until a fluffy homogeneous mass is formed. Then gradually, continuing to beat, add 200g sour cream, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of syrup from any jam. I usually have strawberry, but you can do anything else or even do without jam.

Then mix 300 g of sifted flour with 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and add to the rest of the ingredients. We do not fill the flour all at once, but in parts. You can also add raisins or nuts (or both) to the dough.

Grease the baking dish with butter or margarine and spread the resulting dough.

Cooking honey cake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

IMPORTANT! After 15-20 minutes, the oven temperature should be reduced to about 160-150 degrees.

The finished cake is not immediately removed from the mold. Let it cool down a little at first. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the cake. Enjoy your tea, dear friends!
