The simplest but most delicious casserole that will appeal to both adults and children.
Ingredients: potatoes, minced meat, medium onions, vegetable oil, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, butter, salt, spices
Cooking method:
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
As soon as the onion is browned, squeeze the garlic to the onion and mix.
Add the meat to the pan and fry over high heat, stirring constantly until tender. Add salt and spices (I love Adyghe salt). The meat should not be too dry.
Coat the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Boil potatoes and mash. Add salt and butter there, then milk and 2 raw eggs.
Spread the bottom layer - half the mashed potatoes.
Add 1 egg and the white of the 2nd egg to the minced meat. We will need the yolk later. Spread over potatoes. Do not press it, slightly level it.
3rd layer puree again. Carefully lay out the potatoes, level and smear the remaining yolk on top.
We send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
