Salted mushrooms fast food

Tasty appetizer of mushrooms - will be ready in a day. If you love mushrooms, be sure to prepare, you enjoy it!

What ingredients are needed:

Mushrooms - 1 kg
Salt - 3 tablespoons
Garlic - 3 cloves
Water - 1 liter
Pepper to taste
Greens (dill)

I recommend to take small mushrooms of the same size, so that they are salted evenly. If all different mushrooms, then cut into large pieces.

Shred greens and garlic cut into thin plates.

Take a clean, dry jar, spread mushrooms, herbs and garlic on top. Repeat layers until there are no more ingredients. Put on top of the pepper.

We prepare the brine. Mix warm water (not boiling) and salt. Stir until complete dissolution of salts and fill fungi.

Bank to close and remove in the refrigerator. After 1.5 days salted mushrooms can already have. Serve them with vegetable oil and onions.

If you are confused, that mushrooms have not been any heat treatment (although they manage to salting), the pre-boil them in unsalted water. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
