Green adjika. Ostrenkoe and tasty

If you're a fan of hot sauces and additives, this green adjika you exactly like it! The meat, shish kebab is just perfect! Be sure to cook, I'm sure your family will appreciate!

Ingredients for green adzhika:

bell peppers (green, but you can and red) - 500g
burning hot pepper (green) - 500g
celery - 150g
herbs (cilantro, dill, parsley) - a big bunch
Garlic - 5 cloves
White wine vinegar - 50 ml
coriander to taste
salt to taste

Pepper, celery and herbs thoroughly washed with water and ground. For this you can use a blender or miss all through the meat grinder.

Then add the garlic, squeezed through a press. Put the coriander to taste and salt. Salt need about 50g, but you will be guided by your own taste. Pour wine vinegar, and stir until the salt until dissolved.

We decompose green adjika on clean, dry jar. I recommend to take a small jar, I usually glass out of infant food volume of 100 ml or from under the calf. Adjika store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
