The recipe is incredibly delicious and fragrant pilaf with chicken gizzards. The result is not worse than the meat. Take the prescription to a note and share it within their social networks.

The ingredients for this dish:

chicken gizzards - 300g
rice - 1 cup
tomato - 1 piece
Onion - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
Garlic - 3 cloves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
vegetable oil

Chicken gizzards boil for 20 minutes in salted water. Reserve broth, and themselves stomachs cut into pieces and send in a pan with hot oil and crushed garlic.

Fry for 2 minutes on high heat, then add carrot, onion, tomato and pepper. You can put any other spices of your choice. We fry for a few minutes, diminish the heat to medium, pour half a cup of broth. Simmer 10 minutes.

Now put the washed rice, flatten it on the surface, but do not stir. Season with salt and topped up with a little broth as the liquid to rice was higher by 1 cm.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat, then diminish to slow. After 25-30 minutes pilaf ready. We mix it up and leave for a few minutes with the lid open. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs. Bon appetit, my friends!
