Today the recipe is for those who love to eat deliciously, but at the same time want the dish to be not only tasty, but also healthy. The recipe for making these pasta was born by chance, as they say, "I figured it out from what was." But it turned out so tasty that now I cook them quite often.
I use "nest" pasta, but large pasta made especially for stuffing is also suitable, they are called "cannelloni", but the first option is much cheaper. Now the fun part is the filling.
For the filling, you need any boiled meat, I use chicken. I cooked it for soup and used some of the meat to make this pasta. I cut it finely. In the same way, I finely chop the cauliflower, pre-boiled for a minute, and add to the meat.
In the meantime, the onion is already fried, it needs to be brought to transparency. Add onion, sour cream, salt and spices to taste to meat and cabbage.
We mix everything well and stuff our "nests". Now we need to prepare the fill.
To do this, I mix warm cream and the broth in which the chicken was cooked, add salt and spices.
I send the filling to the pasta, it should cover them by 2/3, if the filling is not enough, you can add a little broth. We send the form to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
It turns out really delicious and healthy, if your children do not eat vegetables well, then this is just the option that they will "check out" 😉 and will eat with pleasure.
I cannot give the exact proportions of the ingredients, because I always cook it, as they say, "by eye". But I think that every housewife who wants to cook pasta according to this recipe will determine them for herself.
