Red sauce. Recipe from a book about tasty and healthy food. I love this recipe very much - it's always delicious! And preparing is easy. I serve this sauce for fried and baked meat, for meat patties. I really love meatballs with this sauce, only then I don't strain the vegetables, but interrupt them with a blender.

I chop celery and onions. I rub the carrots on a fine grater. In a small amount of oil, first fry the onion, then send the celery and carrots to the pan. I fry for another minute or two.

In another frying pan, heat a piece of butter, add flour and fry until light brown. I mix it with tomato paste and fill it with meat broth. I mix everything and combine with fried vegetables.

Boil on low heat for 20 minutes. Then I add red wine and salt to taste. Bring it to a boil again and take it off the heat after a few seconds. I filter it through a sieve. But if you wish, you can kill the vegetables with a blender, of course.

It remains to fill with a slice of butter and serve)) Try to cook - very tasty!
