The cupcake is called so because there are three main ingredients and each one needs one glass (200 g each). Therefore, remembering the recipe is very easy. The cupcake turns out to be incredibly tasty, I often cook it. With tea or coffee we eat very quickly, not a crumb remains!
Ingredients:
eggs
sugar
oil
flour
lemon zest and juice
breadcrumbs
We take 200 grams of butter or margarine for baking. The oil should be soft, so we take it out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it for some time at room temperature.
Beat butter with 200 g of sugar. We add sugar in parts, not all at once. Then add 4 egg yolks one by one and beat until smooth.
Now put 200 g of flour (be sure to sift), juice of half a lemon and lemon zest to the oil mixture. Instead of lemon, you can add raisins or crushed walnuts. You can just vanillin or vanilla sugar.
Beat the egg whites separately. Beat until a strong foam forms. After that, carefully add the proteins to the dough, mix slightly.
Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the dough. Put the cake in a preheated oven (t 180-200 degrees).
After 45-50 minutes, the three-cup cupcake is ready. It turns out very tasty aromatic. I recommend the recipe from the bottom of my heart! Bon appetit, friends!
