Ingredients for meatballs:

Cream or fat milk - 220 ml
butter - 30g
ghee for frying cutlets (you can take a vegetable)
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Half loaf (150 grams) soaked for several minutes in milk. Then scroll it through a meat grinder along with the chicken. Milk, which was soaked loaf, do not pour!

Now put in minced meat butter, salt and pepper. Stir. The remaining loaf cut into small cubes and dried in an oven or on a dry frying pan, to get crackers.

In a bowl, mix eggs, cream (milk), a little salt. Minced meat forming patties. It's best to do it with wet hands, while the stuffing will not stick to your hands.

Each chop poppy egg-milk mixture and then rolled in crackers and sending the pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Tastes best obtained if the fry Pozharsky cutlets on melted butter. But if not, then you can replace the plant.
