Today for breakfast I prepared unbelievably tasty croutons. Husband calls their sandwiches, but it's toast :)) for me in general, it does not matter. The main thing is that they are very tasty and nutritious. Grab the recipe!

Ingredients for the croutons:

loaf - 1 pc
chicken eggs - 4 pieces
Cheese - 200gr
Milk - 50-70 ml
sausage / ham - 100g
salt to taste
pepper to taste
herbs to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Baton cut into thin slices. Thin slices cut sausage, I cooked. You can take a ham.

Preparing a batter for the toast. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, grated cheese. Adding to your taste with salt, pepper and finely chopped fresh herbs (dill, I usually + green onion).

Take two slices of the loaf, put between them the sausage (like a sandwich). Macau egg-cheese batter, hand or fork adhere to the "sandwich" so that it does not fall apart, and send in a pan with hot oil.

Fried croutons on both sides until golden. Then you need to put them on a paper towel or a towel to soak up excess oil. French toast served hot. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
