Today I want to tell you how to cook a delicious cheese at home. At first glance it may seem that this is troublesome. But in fact there is nothing complicated here.

Ingredients for home-made cheese:

  • curd - 1 kg
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • butter - 100g
  • soda - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 2 teaspoons

In a saucepan put milk, cottage cheese and put it on the stove. Starts to heat up, as long as does not change color, and the milk does not curdle. Boil is not necessary!

We folded now curd with crud in gauze. Serum glass, cottage cheese can be a little squeeze to remove excess liquid.

Then add eggs, butter, baking soda and salt. Stir and put the resulting mass in a water bath and start to "cook", stirring constantly. As soon begins to melt, remove from heat. It will take about 5 minutes.

Poured into molds and left at room temperature, let solidifies. Then remove in the refrigerator. Delicious homemade cheese ready.

Tip: If you have turned the cheese is not quite the right consistency (like grainy), it means a little boiled or reached the melting temperature of the curd. But the taste of the cheese will not be affected. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
