Ingredients :
Chicken legs (or thigh) - 6-7sht
Honey - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Flour - 100g
Garlic - 4 cloves
Bell pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - half teaspoon
Black pepper - half a teaspoon
Vegetable oil for lubrication form
I cook this recipe legs or thighs. But it is possible and entirely whole chicken, wings can also be prepared. In any case, it will be very tasty.
So, in a bowl mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Each leg need to roll in the mixture.
Put the legs in shape, greased. Or on a baking sheet.
Now prepare the sauce for chicken. Mix honey, chopped garlic and soy sauce. Lubricates the feet with this mixture, cover with foil form and send it in a preheated oven.
