There comes a season of fresh fruits and vegetables, which means that my channel will be more recipes with different workpieces. Today will tell you how to cook an incredibly tasty salted cucumbers in a pot in its own juice. It turns out just delicious!

Preparation:

3-4 large cucumber (you can even take overripe) miss in a meat grinder or grate. We turned kaschitsa, which will solitsya and our cucumbers.

Add the kaschitsu 2 tablespoons of salt and the whole was stirred. Now take a pan (not aluminum !!!), put a third of the cucumber puree, chopped dill, a little horseradish, half the garlic cloves and put young cucumbers. They "set" vertically.

Next, fill again part of the cucumber puree, shift the garlic, dill and horseradish and over laid cucumbers. Pour the remnants kaschitsy and top pour a tablespoon of salt.

Close the pan with a lid and leave for two days in a dark and warm place. Crisp and incredibly tasty pickles are ready! If you like spicy, you can put chili. Prepared cucumbers in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
