Rescue our recipe pickle for the winter. It turns out very tasty!

Preparation:

Immediately we prepare a large pan, making working on all winter.

We will need 500 grams of barley, it will need to boil, 1kg of onions

cut into cubes, 1 kg of carrots wash and cut into cubes, too.

Then take 1.5 kg of fresh tomatoes and shred blender. Pour tomatoes into the pan and add 100 mL of water. We put on fire, after boiling we place 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt, pour 100ml of refined sunflower oil. Stir and add 1 kg of carrots. We would like our dressing to boiling and simmer for 20 minutes under cover at a low heat. Next ingredient- onion, add it and simmer 10 more minutes. Finally reached the cucumbers, they should be 3 kg. It will not all fresh cucumbers conditioning. Cut into cubes and send to our huge pot, do not forget to stir. Together with cucumbers pour 100 ml of a 9% vinegar and add barley. Simmer for another half hour.

Pre-sterilize jars and lids. Our pickle is ready, left to decompose and roll. It turns out 14 half-liter jars, enough for the whole winter. Then we can only cook the broth and potatoes and add pickle, everything is very quick and tasty!
