I share with you a recipe for the original snacks from green tomatoes.
Ingredients:
2 kg of green tomatoes
0.5 kg of carrots
1 kg pepper
0.5 kg onions
200 gr. parsley root
green beam
50 ml of vinegar 9%
2 cup vegetable oil
50 oz. salt
2 bay leaves
5 peas allspice
1 h. l. ground black pepper
Preparation:
1. Tomatoes Wash and cut into 4 pieces each.
2. Bulgarian pepper to clean from the seeds and cut into strips.
3. Carrots and parsley root grate.
4. Onion peel and cut into half rings.
5. Greens wash, dry with paper towel and cut into small pieces.
6. Vegetables mixed with herbs.
Ground spice and allspice, salt, vinegar, and calcined by hot oil.
7. Decompose the resulting mass into sterile banks.
8. A parison sterilize 45 minutes - 0.5 liter cans.
9. Ready salad tighten caps and cool under a blanket.
Keep snacks in a cool dry place.
